<p><p>Hello my name is Mili, I wrote a short review about a <a href="http://thefreechair.com/" target="_blank">Freechair</a> <strong>meditation stool </strong>I start using.<img class="alignright size-full wp-image-423" title="" src="http://www.meditationstool.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/1310573758_khexedit.png" alt="meditation stools" width="128" height="128" /></p>
<p>I love Yoga and meditation. I am a work-at-home mom, which gives me the possibility to spend more time with my family, especially with my kids, however being a work-at-home mom means working all day long sitting in front of the computer.</p>
<p>Despite the good things my job brings, the fact that I have to sit all day bothers me. There are times that I work more than 10 hours a day!! It can be very stressful job and I sometimes I experience migraine and backache.</p>
<h2>My Friend is telling me about FreeChair</h2>
<p><img class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-435" title="" src="http://www.meditationstool.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/1075970_girlfriends-150x150.jpg" alt="meditation stool" width="150" height="150" />Sometimes ago, a good friend from Yoga class let me borrow her <em>meditation stool</em> called FreeChair to try to help me reduce my stress at work and improve my meditations. I took it home and tried it for a few days… and I must admit that I immediately felt in love with it. She specially addressed that she is using it to relief stress from her life while sitting long as a secretary and to improve here meditations while meditating on it.</p>
<p>It seems that Freechair is a <span style="text-decoration: underline;">meditation stool</span> indented to be use in Yoga, Meditation and to wipe out stress from sitting log times. It give your backbone a massage by moving the body in a gentle back and forth movements and by shifting the weight at a comfortable angle which enable sitting that is adapted to the personal joint structure, which is an ideal feature in needed in any sitting meditation.</p>
<p>My friend agreed to let me borrow her FreeChair for a few days to see if I get the same result as she get to reduce my tension from sitting long and to gain deeper meditation.</p>
<h1>That same week I bought myself FreeChair meditation stool<span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #333333; font-weight: 300;"> </span></h1>
<p><img class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-262" title="" src="http://www.meditationstool.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/DSC_8953-150x150.jpg" alt="meditation stool" width="150" height="150" />That same week, I bought myself my own FreeChair  which cost me <strong>$97</strong> (<span style="text-decoration: underline;">You can find it here:</span> <a href="http://www.thefreechair.com/"><strong>http://www.thefreechair.com</strong>/</a>), I got the Sweet Red one because it’s my favorite color (There are some other nice colors like Hypnotic Orange or Fresh Greenish Yellow that available at their site).</p>
<p>So far I think, I gave my self a great gift. I gain a very good sitting position in yoga and meditation reflected in stability and comfort. The sitting base is wide and rooted. The spinal column grows vertically and upwards from it. FreeChair Meditation stool allows me to find the angle that&#8217;s right for me and preventing unnecessary pressure on my weak points of the hips, pelvis and vertebrae. I also experienced stable meditative positions over time, pain free, and without feeling pins and needles in my legs.</p>
<p>I would also like to note the styling, finishing and natural materials of the FreeChair meditation stool, which make it, undoubtedly very &#8220;friendly&#8221;.</p>
<h2>My personal experience from FreeChair Meditation stool</h2>
<p><img class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-429" title="" src="http://www.meditationstool.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/1320391_32660161-150x150.jpg" alt="meditation chair" width="150" height="150" />I had such a positive experience from Freechair that I start sharing my enthusiastic with my friends. Some of which are already current owners of this great meditation stool, who happened to be my friends at my Yoga class and enjoy using it. I bought one to my mother, who is a great Yoga practitioner herself and one birthday gift to a good friend, for him FreeChair meditation stool was actually a bit small I think, but he is a really big big guy, anyway he said he is enjoying it anyway.</p>
<p>FreeChair meditation stool really gives me a certain relief while performing my yoga moves in a way can’t explain how this rally happens. Every time I sit on FreeChair, I feel that my backache and stress from those busy days in front of my computer suddenly goes away.</p>
<h2>My Friends start to ask me&#8230;</h2>
<p>When friends come to visit me they all ask me what exactly is it for (it quite an &#8220;eye<img class="alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-433" title="" src="http://www.meditationstool.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/friends-150x150.jpg" alt="meditation bench" width="150" height="150" /> grabber&#8221; and it is in my living room), I explain that it is a meditation stool designed mainly for meditation and yoga for making my meditation a better experience and helps me reduce stress and tension from my back while I am working.</p>
<p>If you love meditating and concentrating, FreeChair meditation stool can be a great choice.  One weekend, I even used my FreeChair meditation stool to exercise all kind of Yoga postures on my own and felt really good. Another friend who is a pregnant woman now, admitted to me that FreeChair meditation stool makes her feel cozy and relaxed in here pregnancy. She is a great fan of FreeChair too. That gives me the idea to continue my yoga classes with my favorite meditation stool if ever I get pregnant again in the near future.</p>
<h2>I found it simple, yet very effective&#8230;</h2>
<p>Another thing I would like to emphasize about FreeChair meditation stool is that it is indeed easy and simple to use. It adapts to my yoga moves. My movements are not limited to certain routines because it moves perfectly with me. FreeChair also gives proper sitting posture to the person sitting on it. Simply sitting on this meditation stool could be an exercise, too.</p>
<p>Every time I feel backache while working, I always grab my FreeChair meditation stool and I take some meditation break. Believe me, it really helps. Right after my mini-meditation session, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">I feel more dedicated to work because it was like my meditation stool absorbed all my stress and fatigue.</span></p>
<p>All busy moms out there deserve to have a break from busy and stressful days at work. I recommend trying FreeChair meditation stool and use it every time you feel your body is having an imbalance or whenever you want to calm your mind and body.</p>

<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-442" title="" src="http://www.meditationstool.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/1311679809_daemons.png" alt="meditation pillow" width="128" height="128" /></p>

<div id="_mcePaste"></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">People are now going back to ancient practices because they know that the modern times have been causing them too much stress. Of all the means of relaxation out there, more and more people are looking forward to experience the benefits of meditation.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Because of its effectivity in terms of calming the mind and developing a person&#8217;s level of intuition, meditation has now being performed not just a means of clearing the mind and inner reflection but also to heal various illnesses in the mind, emotions, and physical aspects.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<h2>Meditation and its benefits</h2>
<div id="_mcePaste">One of the most celebrated benefits of meditation is that it greatly helps the person&#8217;s physical state. Among the physical benefits of meditation involve the heart through a deep rest because it decreases the person&#8217;s metabolic rate as well as the heart rate, which leads to the reduction of workload for the heart. Aside from that, it is also known to lower the levels of a person&#8217;s cortisol as well as dissolving the chemicals that are closely associated with everyday stress.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Other physical benefits of meditation also include reduced free radicals in the body by eliminating oxygen molecules that are unstable, decreases a person&#8217;s high blood pressure, develops the ability to have more resistant skin, lowering or totally dropping the person&#8217;s level of cholesterol, improve air flow to the lungs to aid easy breathing, delays biological aging and increases the levels of DHEAS in older people.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">When it comes to psychological factor, meditation aids in increasing the person&#8217;s brain wave coherence, decreasing anxiety levels, often irritability, deep-set depression, and swing of moods, improves the person&#8217;s memory as well as his or her learning ability, increases the person&#8217;s ability for self-actualization, increases the person&#8217;s feeling of youthfulness and rejuvenation as well as vitality, leads to positive outlook in life and joyfulness, and increases a person&#8217;s emotional status and stability.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<h3>Other noted benefits of meditation for an individual and his or her community include:</h3>
<div>- Relaxation to the person&#8217;s the body, mind, and soul.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">- Rejuvenation of energy to face the heavy challenges and stress ahead.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">- Healing of various illnesses that are closely-associated with the mind and the body.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">- Making a more stable person in terms of emotions.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">- Developments of relaxed family life and instilling positive outlooks in life to younger people.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">- Enhances the person&#8217;s ability to make his or her mind function properly.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">- Letting a person discover his or her inner self, this in turn releases the creativity in them.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">- It helps people to free themselves from various vices and addictions such as alcohol and cigarettes as well as in various medications such as tranquilizers and narcotics.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">- It also helps a person to gain higher self-confidence, thus, resulting to stronger power of the will.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">- It can be an effective and safe way of discovering one&#8217;s self instead of focusing the attention to other unhealthy practices.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">- It aids in the development of the power of the mind.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The list goes on about the benefits of mediation in an individual and to his or her community. In so many cases, these are positive benefits but once mediation has not been used properly, people should be aware of the side effects. To avoid this from happening, people who are planning to get serious in meditation should always consult a professional before performing any meditation techniques.</div>

<div id="_mcePaste">10 Things You Should Know About <strong>Zen Meditation</strong></div>
<p><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="425" height="344" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/r4gTXjg1g1s?fs=1&amp;hl=iw_IL&amp;rel=0&amp;color1=0x5d1719&amp;color2=0xcd311b" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/r4gTXjg1g1s?fs=1&amp;hl=iw_IL&amp;rel=0&amp;color1=0x5d1719&amp;color2=0xcd311b" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p>
<div><strong><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span> </strong></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">We all have to deal with stress from either work or school. You can’t close your eyes to make it go away but you can find peace so you can deal with it. One technique that can offer this is called <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Zen meditation</span>.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Zen meditation is often referred to as the study of the self. It involves sitting in various postures so you are able to bring the mind and body to a peaceful and stable condition.  This happens as you focus on images and thoughts that just pop up as your heart rate slows down until you reach a reflective state of meditation.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">One of the best seating positions to do this is called the Burmese position. There is also the full lotus, half lotus, kneeling or “seiza” posture and sitting on a chair.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The key here is to keep your back straight so that your deep breathing will go naturally. This allows more oxygen to enter that will help cleanse and energize the body.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The buttocks must be thrust out and the chin tucked in. The hands should be placed close to the body with the left hand resting on top of the right with palms open and up. The joint of the middle fingers are resting on top of the other with the thumbs slightly touching.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Your eyes should be half closed and your head should be positioned to a 45 degree angle towards the body. Given that it is not easy to keep the eyes like this the whole time, you can try closing them first and then opening them later on. Should you get sleepy, just open them wide.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The challenging part is staying in a stationary position for 15 to 20 minutes. After you have developed a breathing pattern, you slowly relax the muscles from your face all the way down to your feet. As it slows down and oxygen enters, you should focus on positive thoughts and exhale those that are negative.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">By concentrating, you are able to unite the body, mind and soul so that your mind is aware of only the present and no longer the past or the unforeseeable future.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Aside from the right posture, you should always wear loose clothing. It is not wise to practice this after a heavy meal because a full stomach usually creates discomfort which in itself is a distraction.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">If you would like to learn Zen Meditation, you can read about it or better yet join a group. Once you get the hang of things, you can even buy a few accessories to make the experience a fruitful one like incense sticks, a bell or even a ringing bowl to mark the start and end of a session.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Short incense sticks burn for about 45 minutes while the longer ones are double the time. You can even use the kitchen timer since no one will be there to ring the bell to say time is up.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste"><strong>Zen meditation</strong> experts recommend that beginners should try for 10 minutes first until you get used to it before you decide to extend this for 20 or 30 minutes. Should your mind wander off, concentrate a little harder to focus once again on your breathing so your thoughts will settle down naturally.</div>

<div id="_mcePaste"></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Customary pillows are usually utilized as head or neck support. Normally, the said pillows are used when sleeping or resting. These days however, pillows are also used to support one’s buttocks and back while seating and meditating. The said pillows are termed as a <strong>meditation pillow</strong>.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">A pillow is a necessity while doing meditation since it aids you to maintain proper posture all throughout the session. In general, there are two types of meditation pillow suitable for meditation use:</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">1.	<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Donut Pillows</strong></span> – donut is the shape of this type of pillow. The space in the center provides relief while sitting on the tailbone area.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">2.	<strong>Lumbar Pillows</strong> – this is used to maintain and support the lower back.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Donut and Lumbar pillows fall under the category of <span style="text-decoration: underline;">orthopedic pillows</span> that serves its purposes for support and treatment.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Any other pillow may not be appropriate for you and the task you will be undertaking. There are considerations you need to mull over when choosing a meditation pillow. One important pillow factor to consider is the place of meditation.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<h2>Meditation pillow &#8211; Where to Meditate?</h2>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The place of meditation is an important consideration when choosing a pillow. You will have to select the appropriate pillow that will be well suited with the place.</div>
<div></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Many practitioners undergo their meditation process on hard surfaces. A floor made of concrete or wood are examples of a hard surface area. A two-stage pillow is apt for this kind of flooring. A firm foam is the usual base of the said pillow while the top is filled in with synthetic materials.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">On the other hand, there are individuals who prefer to meditate on grass or grass-like areas. A gentle pillow that is filled with smooth material is well recommended for grass areas meditation. It is also best to choose a pillow with nylon as its base. Additionally, machine-wash compatible pillow is recommended since such pillow is prone to dirt.</div>
<div></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Other considerations that can be taken into account are:</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste"><strong>What’s In a Pillow?</strong></div>
<div><strong><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></strong></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">There is wide-array of pillow fillers. You must choose a pillow with the appropriate filler to use for meditation. Foam may be hard for you or perhaps feather-fillers may be too supple.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The most common pillow filling are feathers, foam, and synthetically made fillers.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Pillowcases cover the pillow fills. The choices of pillowcases vary from one person to the other. You need to choose a pillowcase that will not be infuriating. If a green pillowcase adds bothersome to you, why choose green when you can opt for purple or any other color.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">An inappropriate type of pillow can cause uneasiness that will then lead to distraction. Use a pillow that can withstand your weight and most importantly can provide support to your back. If you are slumping on the pillow or you feel yourself moving into the floor, then those are signs that the pillow is badly chosen. Instead of meditation, you might end up accumulating more worries.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Several pillow manufacturers offer <strong>meditation pillow</strong>. All you need to do is assess its features for you to decide which will best suit your need. The internet is a good venue for you to scout meditation pillows.</div>

<div>Hi !</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div>In this post I am going to cover some of the popular meditation methods :</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div><strong>Walking meditation , prayer meditation , candle meditation , mirror gazing and yoga meditation.</strong></div>
<div><strong><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></strong></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">There are numerous <strong>meditation methods</strong> for you to try and those who are skeptic about it should simply keep an open mind. For those who are really interested, you have to do some research to find out which is the best for you. To help you along the way, here are a few that can be done with the help of an expert.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The first is called <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Meditation by Walking</span> which is very popular among monks. This activity is far different from the rest because it combines physical activity with mind conditioning in order to relieve stress immediately.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">In order for this to work, you jut have to find a place where you can walk like a circular path or a track. The reason why is because you want to follow a pattern in order to help your mind rest.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Of course, you will still have to breathe and walk at a slow pace. You might get distracted especially if there are other people on the track and when this happens, simply acknowledge it and continue what you are doing.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The next is called <span style="text-decoration: underline;">prayer meditation</span> which is in fact the most popular form. The nice thing about this is that you do not have to go to Church or sing any hymns. You simply sit down, close your eyes and just relax.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Is meditation only for relaxing? The answer is no!</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div>Sometimes, this is used to help an athlete before a big event or by doctors to help cure patients. This is known as visualization meditation and you let your mind focus on an object or that goal which you wish to reach. This is effective when you finally settle in a very comfortable position.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Another meditation method is called <span style="text-decoration: underline;">candle meditation</span>. Here, you basically light a candle and then focus on the flame. For the next few minutes or so, you will block out everything else in the world and put all your concentration on the flickering flame.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Meditation on your own is not for everyone. This is why you can get guided meditation by listening to a prerecorded session. There are CD’s that play soothing while there are others that are narrated by a professional.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">If you are not happy with your life or need time to reflect on your own, another meditation method is <span style="text-decoration: underline;">mirror gazing</span>. Here, you simply gaze into your image and think about how your life is like. You can do this standing up or sitting down.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">For those of you who cannot sit still, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Yoga meditation</span> may be what you are looking for. This is because aside from being an exercise designed to improve your flexibility, it can also provide relief for pain and gives the person a feeling of pleasure.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">As you can see, there are many <em>meditation methods</em> to choose from. In fact, doctors now call this an alternative form of therapy and if this has worked for others, it could possibly do some good for you.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Which meditation method should you try? Well, why not try them one week at a time and see how things go. You can write in a journal what you experience and then come to the conclusion as to which has the most effective impact on you. From there, you will know which one among those mentioned may become part of your daily routine.</div>

</span></div>
<div>Most forms of meditation require the person to sit in a comfortable position.</div>
<div>You can do this by getting a mat or a chair. But since this does not always make you feel at ease, someone decided to make meditation cushion.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">What is a <strong>meditation cushion</strong> ?</div>
<div>Basically these are aids in meditation that do not offer any back support because they help lengthen the spine and correct your alignment so you are able to breathe better, increase blood flow and flexibility.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">There are three types of meditation cushions around:</span></div>
<div>
<ol>
<li><strong>Zafus</strong></li>
<li><strong>Zabutons</strong></li>
<li><strong>Seiza bench.</strong></li>
</ol>
</div>
<p><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span><strong>What makes each <span style="text-decoration: underline;">meditation cushion</span> different from the other?</strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span>Well, the <strong>Zafus</strong> is a smile cushion that can be placed on the floor or over a kneeling bench. The <strong>Zabutons </strong>is a sitting mat which provides essential cushioning for the ankles, feet and legs. While the seiza bench is best for people who have knee problems.</p>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The first two <a href="http://www.thefreechair.com/" target="_blank">meditation cushions</a> are used quite often in <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Zen meditation</span>. But as meditation has become a popular form of alternative exercise, this has also been used in health clubs and fitness centers.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The three <em>meditation cushions</em> come in a variety of sizes and colors. How much do they cost? Any of the three meditation cushions mentioned cost from $30 to $60. You can easily acquire them by going to a specialty store or buying these goods online.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">When you go around looking for <strong>meditation cushions</strong>, make sure it is real thing and you will know that simply by looking what is inside. The meditation cushion is usually filled with one or two rare materials namely <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Kapok</span> and Buckwheat Hull. What makes these two so unique is that when Kapok is blown, it becomes firmer. Buckwheat Hull on the other hand forms to the body when it is applied.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Apart from the three meditation cushions for the lower part of your body, there is also one for your eyes. These are called eye pillows and used only when you are lying down while meditating. This is made of flax seed and covered with silk which is placed over the acupressure points that surround the eyes.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">This performs two things. First, block out light and the other is to relieve tension. This is often used with aromatherapy oils to enhance a deep feeling of relaxation.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">If you travel often and find carrying the standard meditation cushion inconvenient to carry around, you can get an inflatable meditation cushion. It is very to set up and hide so you can still get your daily dose of meditation 15 to 20 minutes a day.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Can you use your pillow as a makeshift <em>meditation cushion</em> ? It can but only in the short term because the materials used here are made from cotton as this does not form to the body unlike Buckwheat Hull. Chances are, you will have to make adjustments during your session so you will not be able to maximize it.</div>
<div><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste">So, for those that want to meditate without any distractions, it is best to get a <a href="http://www.thefreechair.com/" target="_blank">meditation cushion</a>. There are three to choose from; the Zafus, the Zabutons and the seiza benches. You just have to find which one is right for you so you can reap the benefits of meditation like others have in the past.</div>

<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Meditating on <strong>meditation stool </strong>or <span style="text-decoration: underline;">meditation chair</span> is a must in order to provide our body with the ability to relax and connect to higher worlds.</p>
<p>In today&#8217;s world, many people live a very hectic lifestyle just to make ends meet. People need to work hard in order for them to live their daily lives in comfort and also in order to feed their family. You have to consider that with today&#8217;s economy, you too have to work hard in order to provide for your family and for yourself.</p>
<p>People need to work hard in order for them to live their daily lives in comfort and also in order to feed their family. You have to consider that with today&#8217;s economy, you too have to work hard in order to provide for your family and for yourself.</p>
<p>However, you may provide all you and your family&#8217;s daily needs, but you have to consider that being stressed all the time is also bad for your health. Recent studies indicate that stress contributes to high blood pressure and heart diseases. Thanks to the hectic lifestyle that people live today, heart disease is considered to be the number one killer in the United States of America.</p>
<p>This is <span style="color: #800000;">why you should also know how to free your mind and body from stress</span> in order for you to live a healthy and comfortable life. Many people relieve their stress by relaxing in their favorite chair while watching their favorite TV show. This can help, but it still doesn’t give you enough rest. One of the best ways to relax is through meditation.</p>
<p>Through meditation, you will be able to fully relax your mind and body. You have to consider that by watching TV, your brain is still working full time by absorbing all the details in TV. You may be relaxed physically, but mentally, you are not.</p>
<p>So, aside from sleeping, meditation is the next best thing to relax. It enables you to fully relax your mind and body and keep it fresh again without sleeping. Besides, you only sleep once a day and sometimes, because of work some people lack sleep. If you are one of these people, then you have to learn how to meditate. Although meditation has been discovered thousands of years before, you have to consider that modern science and research have found that meditation can indeed relax your mind and body. There is scientific proof that meditation can even be better than sleep.</p>
<p>However, before you start practicing meditation, you have to have the <strong>essential tools</strong> for it in order for you to <span style="text-decoration: underline;">experience proper meditation.</span></p>
<p>Of course, one of the best ways to relax is by sitting. If you combine it with meditation, you can maximize your meditation method. However, a conventional chair just won&#8217;t do. You have to consider getting a <strong>meditation chair </strong>or <strong>meditation stool</strong> in order to provide more comfort and increase your meditation potential to its fullest.</p>
<p>Meditation requires you to be in the right <span style="text-decoration: underline;">sitting position</span>. If you take meditation classes, you will know about the right sitting position in meditation. Although you may see Buddhist monks sitting and meditation on hard wood, you have to consider that they are experts and don’t need the assistance of meditation stools. The meditation stool provides <span style="color: #800000;">additional comfort to your bottom and your back</span> to allow the proper flow of energy throughout your body.</p>
<p><em>Meditation stools</em> are well-cushioned to provide comfort and convenience. So, if you are just starting out on meditation, you should consider getting a meditation chair in order for you to practice meditation in comfort.</p>
<h3>Thanks for <a href="http://www.thefreechair.com" target="_blank">www.thefreechair.com</a> for using the meditation stool picture</h3>
